One bullet struck a man, just 20s. The others targeted a teenage girl. According to investigators, one of her shots grazed Paddock (according to Las Vegas Police reports). She said a neighbor was carrying a can into her store and began hitting and scratching people and kids inside as people tried to run out at first to check on how the victims were taken away, according to video from ABC Las Vegas. A woman identified as one of police witnesses in those attacks reported seeing officers using dogs before the dead man or dogs were removed, according to Nevada's ABC Local.
